Personalization Terms and Conditions

For personalized products, you agree to the following:  

Slight variations may occur and final embroidery may differ from the digital preview due to screen differences, thread texture, and fabric details.  

Inappropriate text is not allowed and personalization is not allowed with offensive or profane language.  Orders may be canceled if they violate this policy.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once your order is placed.  Please confirm all details before placing your order.  

Please allow an extra 5 business days for personalized items in addition to our standard processing time.

Personalization is available for international orders. Expedited shipping is not available.  

Personalization is available in-store on select products. Personalization samples are also available to view.

Personalization is not covered under warranty.  Any warranty applies to the product only.
